I am available for hourly consultations at $200/hour and am willing to engage for both short and long term projects.  Please reach out to schedule a free half hour consultation.  After the call, I will provide a detailed written proposal.  In lieu of hourly compensation, I'm open to share in companies as I very much enjoy working with startups and large companies alike.

In consuliting with companies, my goals are threefold:

1. To help find innovative solutions to known problems.  My deliverable is to find and reserach options, then present a document detailing the pros and cons of each option.  This includes setting meetings with various stakeholders to obtain all relevant information.

2. To form strategic partnerships.  No one can do it alone and there is no sense in recreating the wheel.  I will connect you with other companies to create synergy and to build your connections.

3. To look for opportunities for growth.  With an outside eye that is both medical and business oriented, I will evaluate your product in the market to look for both new areas and to evaluate which aspects of your company are unique and the most marketable.  

I enjoy working with start ups and established companies and am open to ongoing work with a company if mutually beneficial.
